Lamination

Lamination protects the surface and increases quality effect of the product.

Laminations can be applied to a large variety of printed products. Lamination offers long-lasting protection and a luxurious effect, pleasing to the touch.

The typical end products are books, packages, brochures, magazines, business cards and posters.

We can laminate all film types on offset or digitally printed substrates. We are more than happy to help you to find the most suitable lamination for your product.

Guidelines | Lamination

Sheet sizes:

  • minimum: 260 x 360 mm
  • maximum: 1020 x 1440 mm

Leave 5mm space to every edge of the sheet. The space can be plain paper or printed surface. Use silicone free varnishes on top of the print. Silicone causes risk of delamination.

Food lamination

Food lamination makes packaging more than just a protective shell – it takes the product to a new level in terms of shelf life, hygiene and appearance. Lamination effectively protects against moisture, oxygen and light, which extends the shelf life of the product and ensures its freshness all the way to the consumer.

Special effects, such as metallic layers and foils, make the packaging look impressive and distinctive. These effects attract attention on the sales shelf and communicate quality.
