PREMerko Helsinki (Merkopaino Oy) has acquired the business operations of Folika Oy and Uudenmaan UV-Lakkaus Oy in order to strengthen its position as a provider of high‑quality print finishing services. The acquisition includes the full post‑press operations of both companies, including services such as foiling, laminating and UV varnishing.

Following the transaction, the operations of the acquired companies will be transferred to the PREMerko Helsinki facility, where production will continue in a centralized and efficient manner. PREMerko operates from two locations: its main facility in Helsinki and another production unit in Keuruu, enabling a versatile service network and broad nationwide capacity.

Continuity of service

All ongoing orders and upcoming deliveries will proceed as agreed, without interruptions. Centralizing production at the PREMerko Helsinki facility enhances throughput times and delivery reliability by bringing equipment and production management under one roof.

The acquisition enables PREMerko Helsinki to offer Folika’s and Uudenmaan UV-Lakkaus’ customers a wider range of modern and versatile print finishing solutions.
